Qualification of Applicants
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or are studying in last semester (and to graduate before first intake start) in any field from a university or institution accredited by the Commission on Higher Education.

Required Documents
4.1 Original Bachelor’s Degree certificate
4.2 Original complete official transcript(s) of undergraduate studies
4.3 Original certificate in a program before Bachelor degree (High school)
4.4 Original complete official transcript(s) of a program before Bachelor degree (High school)
4.5 Copy of passport (Non-Thai applicants)
4.6 Evidence of any change of name (if applicable)
4.7 One 1-inch photo taken no more than six months prior to application date
4.8 Applicants are required to submit a test score of either 500 for TOEFL,
5.5 IELTS, 500 NIDA TEAP or score result from the Test of English Proficiency that conducted by standard organization or representative of the government from applicants’ country (Applicant might get the permission to not provide evidence of English Proficiency or might require to attend English Foundation in case of failure from this English criteria, considered by course committee and shall approve by the Dean.
Remark: *Document in 4.1 – 4.4 that are in a language other than English must be officially translated. The translations must be done and certified by government organizations or officially recognized organizations such as consulate of that country.

Basic Courses (are courses that teach basic knowledge students should already know to prepare them for the master’s degree course. The basic courses offered for the Graduate School of Public Administration are as follows)
- ND.4000 Foundation for Graduate Studies or attend the Class of Foundation for Graduate studies. (This class is compulsory for International students)
- LC.4001 Reading Skills Development in English for Graduate Studies.(International students must get NIDA TEAP score not less than 660 instead, to meet this requirement)
- LC.4002 Integrated English Language Skills Development.(International students must get NIDA TEAP score not less than 660 instead, to meet this requirement)
- LC.4011 Remedial Reading Skills Development in English for Graduate Studies. (International students must get NIDA TEAP score not less than 660 instead, to meet this requirement)
- LC.4012 Remedial Integrated English Language Skills Development.(International students must get NIDA TEAP score not less than 660 instead, to meet this requirement)
- PA.4000 Introduction to Computer-based Information Systems. (International students must take the Computer literacy Examination for International Graduate student instead, to meet this requirement)
