* Tại https://qato.hcmiu.edu.vn/Surveys/Course?surveyID=1 chọn năm học 2021-2022, chọn học kỳ hè, nhập mã sinh viên, chọn môn học.
* Hoàn thành Đánh giá tất cả các môn trong thời hạn khảo sát.
